GinFit Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old to use GinFit. If you are between 13 and 17, please use GinFit with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian.

Please keep your account details accurate and your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

We are always improving GinFit, so features may change, and the Service may sometimes be unavailable.

GinFit is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. Calorie and nutrition numbers, including those from photos, voice input and the AI coach, are estimates and may not be accurate. The AI coach is not a doctor or dietitian.

Please talk to a health professional before making big changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition or an eating disorder, or need precise numbers, for example for insulin dosing or food allergies. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them, and free trials turn into paid subscriptions unless you cancel before they end. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are billed, managed and refunded by Apple or Google under their own rules. For web purchases, contact us at connect@ginfit.app.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Our Privacy Policy explains how to cancel on each platform.

Coins, outfits and other virtual items are for use in GinFit only. They have no cash value, and they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to someone else. We may change how they work, and they are lost if your account is deleted. Coin pack purchases are final, unless the law or the store's refund policy says otherwise.

Please use GinFit fairly. Don't break the law, upload harmful content, try to hack, copy or overload the Service, misuse the AI coach, or exploit bugs to get coins or items.

Your meal photos, logs and messages are yours. You allow us to process them to provide and improve the Service, as our Privacy Policy explains.

The GinFit app, its design, characters and brand belong to us. We give you a personal licence to use the Service under these Terms. If you downloaded GinFit from the App Store, Apple's standard licence agreement also applies.

You can stop using GinFit or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or put others at risk.

We work hard on GinFit, but as far as the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without promises that it will always be accurate or available.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using GinFit, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post changes on this page and tell you about important ones. If you keep using GinFit after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where your local law gives you rights that cannot be changed by agreement.
