Delete your GinFit account
How to delete your GinFit account and your personal information, with or without the app.

GinFit is made by Find Yourself Always LLC. You can delete your account at any time.
1. Delete your account in the app
- iOS: open GinFit, go to Settings, then tap Delete Account.
- Android: open GinFit, go to Settings, then tap Delete Account.
When you delete your account, we delete your personal information, except for information we need to keep for legal reasons and de-identified data that can no longer be linked to you. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
2. Delete your account without the app
Email connect@ginfit.app from the email address you use to sign in to GinFit, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
3. Cancel your subscription
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it where you bought it:
- App Store: go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. See Apple's guide.
- Google Play: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions. See Google's guide.
