Ingredients

  • 1200 g Snakehead or tilapia fish
  • 22 tbsp Sour curry paste
  • 33 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 42 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 51 tsp Palm sugar
  • 65 pieces Long beans
  • 71 bunch Morning glory
  • 81 piece Banana blossom
  • 9500 ml Stock

Instructions

    Dissolve curry paste in stock, bring to a boil
