Thai Basil Pork Stir-Fry (Pad Krapao)

- 22 cups Holy basil leaves
- 310 pieces Thai chilies
- 45 cloves Garlic
- 52 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 61 tbsp Dark soy sauce
- 72 tbsp Fish sauce
- 81 tsp Sugar
- 91 tbsp Oyster sauce
Instructions

Pound chilies and garlic into a coarse paste

Heat wok with oil over high heat, stir-fry chili-garlic paste until fragrant
